Buttons for Drawing and Undoing

  • The downward arrow icon represents the Undo button. It deletes the last draw.
  • The upward icon is the draw button. It generates a new match draw for Round 1.
  • "Round N" indicates that the draw has been completed until the Nth round.
  • Press and hold Undo to configure confirmation settings. By default, confirmation is only required if match results or start times have already been entered.

Press and hold the Undo button to adjust confirmation settings.

Number of Courts Setting Button

Displays a dialog box to set the number of courts.

  • Set the number of available courts (1 to 16).
  • If there are not enough participants for the set number of courts, some courts will not be used. Courts are filled in order.
  • If the number of courts changes during an event, you must redraw starting from the round where the change occurred.
  • You can change the court names displayed on the match screen. Options include numbers (1, 2, 3...), letters (A, B, C...), or custom names.

Set Number of Participants

  • Set the number of participants for the event (4 to 99).
  • The number of players can be increased during an event. However, once a player is in a draw, they cannot be removed, so the total number of player slots cannot be reduced. If a player leaves early, set their status to 'Absent'.
  • You can add latecomers to the list, enter their names, and set their status to 'Absent' until they arrive.

Name display

  • The top left shows the entry number, which is the player's serial number for the event.
  • Numbers 1 to 99 are used as default labels for players without assigned names. These placeholders have no personal attributes like rating or gender.
  • The bottom left indicates gender (Blue: Male, Red: Female, Hidden: Unknown). This is displayed when the draw mode is set to 'Mixed' or 'Balanced'.
  • The top center shows the player's rating.
  • The top right shows the unique ID assigned to each registered player. This helps in identifying players, especially in large groups.
  • The inverted triangle icon at the bottom right opens the detail settings menu.
  • Swipe right on a player to remove them from the event. You can undo this action.
  • Press and hold to drag and drop players to reorder the list.

Status settings & draw history

Set a player's status for the next draw and view their match history. For a detailed explanation, see Player State Settings. If you need to change a completed draw, you can drag and drop players on the Match screen, and the changes will be reflected in their history here.

[diagram]Participate (left button)

Toggles participation in the next draw. Tapping again changes the status to [diagram], which gives the player priority to be included in the next match.

[diagram]Rest (middle button)

Sets the player to rest for the next round. This is treated as if they were not selected in the draw, which increases their priority for future matches. This status is automatically cleared after the draw. Tapping it again changes the status to [diagram] for a continuous rest.

[diagram]Absent (right button)

Sets the player as absent. Use this for players who arrive late or leave early. This status is not automatically cleared and does not affect draw priority.

Draw history

Displays the player's draw history (match or rest). This helps track things like consecutive rests (blue squares). The total count for each status is displayed next to the button.

Properties Dialog

Rename

Enter a player's name. If the name exists in the Register, that player's data will be used. If not, a new player is automatically added to the Register. Clearing the name reverts it to the default number.

Select from list

Select a player from the Register to add them to the event. After selection, the focus automatically moves to the next empty player slot.

Properties
  • Mark: Displays a marker next to the player's name on the Player and Match screens. This is a visual aid and does not affect the draw.
  • Group: Assign the player to a group (A, B, C, or D). This can be used for filtering on the Player and Register screens.
  • Initial Rate: Set a player's starting rate for the event. For advanced rate settings, press and hold the rate value.
  • Gender: Used for 'Mixed' or 'Balance' draw modes. 'Unknown' may be assigned a gender by the app to facilitate matchmaking.
  • Priority Court: Assigns the player to a specific court if possible. If multiple players request the same court, priority is given to the player with the lowest ID.
Fixed Pair

Set two players to always be paired together in doubles. They will also rest or be absent together, and their status settings are linked. Manual changes can still be made on the match screen after the draw.

Exclusive Pair

Set two players to be paired together as infrequently as possible.

Pair setting status display

  • When a fixed pair or an exclusive pair is set, it is indicated by the respective icon.
  • Reordering the player list changes entry numbers, but pair settings are maintained.
  • Deleting a player

    • Swipe right on a player to remove them from the list.
    • The total number of player slots remains the same; a new, unnamed player slot is added to the end of the list.

    Switching the screen display layout

    • Pinch in (touch and hold two fingers to narrow) or pinch out (widen) to change the layout and show more players.
    • There are 3 zoom levels on smartphones and 4 on tablets.
